Spabreaks.com is now a multi award-winning spa booking agency and business, but that isn’t what we’re most proud of.  Our motivation is about providing the best experiences for spa goers, and also making sure everyone feels welcome and able to access the spa industry. Here are some of the ways we have been working to make wellbeing more accessible and even more enjoyable.

Created by Abi Selby, Spabreaks.com is a spa booking agency working with more than 600 spa destinations around the world and arranging spa days and breaks for up to 12,000 people each week. From a small team of three, we have grown to a family of more than 90 members of staff with an office of knowledgeable spa consultants in Brighton. But those are just the numbers.

We're in the midst of the winter months (although have thankfully passed the shortest day), but with the chill outside and the ongoing trend for wild swimming, winter dips and the Wim Hof method, what better time to discuss the healing powers of cold spa treatments?
