Their Restore, Relax and Renew Elysium Spa Break is a two night spa break that’s all about deliciously enjoyable wellbeing that showcases all the best things about this beautiful retreat. From cooking demonstrations to activities that allow you to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area, the goal is to spend time connecting with a loved one, getting healthy together and learning together about how to support healthy lifestyle changes.
Arrive on Friday afternoon for check in from 2pm and stay in either a Superior or Premier room with king or twin beds. The spa break includes dinner, bed and breakfast as well as four therapies per person including a castor oil liver pack, a Shangri La massage which includes scalp, hands and feet, a Rasul Ritual incorporating Moors Mud therapy and a steam sauna, and a Detox Booster including a hammam body scrub and a Moors Mud application. Leave at 11am on Sunday recharged, refreshed and rejuvenated.

Meanwhile, The Silent Treatment is one of their one night wellbeing retreats, including breakfast, a 90-minute Awakening Floatation Treatment including a personal consultation, a 30-minute Isopod Floatation Session, a 45-minute Five Element Hot Oil Acupressure Scalp Massage and time in the relaxation room. You also get a robe, towel and slippers provided and full use of the spa facilities.

Champneys Tring is the flagship spa destination for the nationwide Champneys wellbeing retreats brand. A wellness bastion known for their luxurious and knowledgeable approach to health and wellbeing, it was founded by naturopath Stanley Lief in 1925.Today the red brick manor house continues to represent Britain’s original health spa, defining the industry and setting standards across the country. It’s here that you will find the best of holistic healing with beautiful facilities as well as luxury. Their One Night VIP Elysium Stay for Two is the best of all those elements. While arrival is normally from 2pm, as VIP guests you are invited to take advantage of early check in from 1.30pm. Your spa experience begins with a personal call prior to your stay with useful pre-arrival information and to arrange any additional treatments you wish. You have full use of the resort’s facilities and classes throughout your stay including access to the VIP Lounge complete with fruit, refreshments, newspapers and magazines. You will be given a gold standard robe for use during your stay and a tote bag to keep, and get the opportunity to purchase your gold standard robe for £39 instead of the usual £49.

Surrounded by 300 acres of parkland near Harrogate, Rudding Park is a spectacularly beautiful Regency hotel that has a reputation for excellence with luxury details ranging from two golf courses to a private cinema.
