    Unsympathetic communications with manager over a misunderstanding of the sound treatment. It was unclear that the treatment was solitary, which was unsuitable for one of the guests. Although I informed the Spa immediately to cancel this part of the package, there was ongoing confusion and questioning by email, and long tense duscussion when we arrived. It was the wrong way to begin what was meant to be a relaxing experience, ON MY BIRTHDAY! Very poor.

    The spa and treatments were excellent. The staff were very helpful, the ambiance very relaxing. As a first visit, it would have been useful to have tour/description of the full facilities so we could plan our day. Having said that, and now we know what is on offer, we fully intent to revisit!

    Lovely relaxing day. Enjoyed using the pool and the treatments were very relaxing. Lunch was delicious. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this spa day.
