    Lovely treatment from Verity and very helpful members of staff. Pool area was a bit disappointing as was very small with no where to relax if not in the water. Steam room and sauna was fine. Shower cubicles could do with some tlc. Bathrobes had not arrived by the time of my visit at 1.30pm but had later on as saw other guests wearing them

    Excellent value for money. I had a great massage and then enjoyed the facilities - decent pool, sauna and steam-room with low seating around the pool should you wish to hang out there. Robe and slippers provided + unlimited towels. Pleasant although modest changing area, with hairdryers provided. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed and am I'm really happy I booked. I would definitely re-book again when next in Edinburgh. Nb take £1 for the changing room lockers (which is returnable). The hotel's main reception can store larger luggage for you and you can take the lift down to connect with the step-free access of Waverley Station, which was a real bonus.

    Excellent from the moment we arrived the reception staff were friendly and took us up in the lift and walked us to the spa and introduced us to our therapist. We were treated with respect and kindness. The facilities were good modern and impeccably clean. I had a back and shoulder massage by Lisa which was the best massage I have ever had and was worth travelling to Edinburgh just for that alone. Great place will definitely be back.

    We had a lovely spa afternoon . Enjoyed a swim And sauna / steam . We had treatments of back shoulder and neck massages which were very relaxing and therapists lovely . A very clean spa and would definitely book again .
