    Poor
We were very excited to go to this spa, we booked the treatment for 2 people and thought we would be in a room together. The massage was lovely although could have been firmer/usually get asked how you would like it. Uses the facilities after and was in there all of 10 minutes. You had to go down a carpeted hall downstairs to get to the pool. It was unclean and extremely basic, nothing like the pictures I saw when I booked. Waste of money and disappointed.

    Excellent
This was my first massage. The staff and therapists couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

    Very Good
The receptionist at the door (male) was very nice and helpful had such a good vibe to him. The massage therapist that took me and my friend they were very kind and nice and made our experience very enjoyable, we both felt very relaxed and at zen when entering the spa area. The pool was great, the jacuzzi was nice and the steam room 🧖🏽‍♀️ the only part that took us off was the smell of the sauna maybe because of the water and wood mixture but overall would definitely come again.

    Very Good
I had a facial at the spa which was lovely and relaxing and left my skin feeling nice and soft . I went on to relax in the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room . The staff were all great . My only complaint was having to pay extra for towels . I enjoyed the experience though .
