Get over the guilt factor and have a mid week spa break

By the middle of the week many of us are feeling a little fried, whether you’re a stay at home mum, a working mum or working in the city, but it’s not only the feel good factor that makes a mid week spa break the best wellbeing treat…

mid week spa

1.Most spas are generally a bit quieter in the week, for obvious reasons, so on balance, guests will find their experience more tranquil. 2.Spas are offering an increasing number of mid-week packages that provide a cost saving on packages… perhaps an opportunity to book an extra treatment. 3.For guests who are looking for a child-free escape, mid week breaks tend to mean that there are less children in the pool, particularly at venues classified as leisure venues. Naturally this will not apply in school holidays or half terms.

So many of us are happy to take part in a mid-week yoga or Pilates class, but we’re less likely to give ourselves the opportunity to extend that experience into a Twilight spa break on any random Wednesday.
