- The spa is modern and fresh and the Aztec theme is very well done. We really enjoyed being pampered, the Ice and Fire experience was refreshing and relaxing. The therapists were excellent. Thank you.
- Our spa experience was heaven!! We both had a full body massage, my therapist was called Chloe and she was amazing - genuinely the best massage I’ve ever had. Chloe listened to my insecurities and accommodated these, the perfect pressure and I left feeling in the most relaxing bubble ever! After our treatments we sat down and relaxed in the seating/lounge area where we had a complimentary coffee - mocha was very tasty! We were then booked in for the fire and ice experience. Clean and relaxing spa with beautiful features to work your way around. Only 3 other people in there too so felt you could really use everything without feeling overcrowded or waiting a long time. Cannot fault the spa at all, a perfect, relaxing birthday treat :)

- The hotel was comfortable and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Signposting individual hotels within the complex could be clearer and a lot of the carpet areas are very worn and although clean, a lot of the furnishings are a bit dated. We did however enjoy our stay,thank you.

- We had 3th time in this hotel. Everything in ok, but in this year I'm pay for car park £10 for 1 day. In last year car park was for free.
- I was frankly embarrassed that I brought my partner to such an awful hotel. For £250 a night I would have expected a much higher quality accommodation than what we received. The room was dire, the food was compatible to that served in a hospital, and we were forced to endure loud music late into the night. We left after our spa treatment on the first day as we couldn't bare to spend another night in this hovel.
