    Hotel seemed a little tired and this was also reflected in the spa area. Staff friendly and my therapist very helpful and professional. The experience just didn’t feel luxury which I would expect from a spa day. No flip flops supplied and wasn’t advised to bring footwear, only a swimsuit.

    The spa and treatments were excellent, we felt the changing rooms and toilets could have been abit cleaner and needed more lockers, the food was nice although the choice was quite limited, overall a lovely day x
