    The spa experience was faultless but there was an issue when I got to the restaurant. My spa breaks voucher clearly said £30 towards lunch which was part of the package I had selected when booking but the waitress said it was always £25 towards the meal. I showed her the package online in the end where it clearly says £30 towards lunch. She honoured what the voucher said and was going to speak to her manager. The other waitress working with her gave me the wrong menu before all of this and was actually very rude as well. I didn’t get her name. Shame because the spa and food were excellent but the experience in the restaurant let down everything else.

    Really good spa. Clean, well run and excellent therapists. It was the best facial I have ever had and believe me that’s high praise. The food was amazing and the view from the restaurant was spectacular. I would definitely visit again.

    Unfortunately, not the fault of the Sidmouth Harbour Hotel, on arrival Spa Breaks had not notified the Spa of my partners email confirmation. This resulted in a delay to use the facilities and only one treatment each instead of two each. Company has been contacted about this. So, giving one star for value for money is aimed at Spa Breaks and not the Sidmouth Harbour Hotel.
