A lovely day retreat aimed at improving your wellbeing and fitness, the 17 acres of parkland are perfect for outdoor training, as is the gym with its extensive workout equipment. In the spa, there is a range of wet facilities, including a swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool and an ice room as well as a sauna and heated loungers.     Very Good
    The spa was very busy and there wasn’t anywhere to sit around the pool. It was a very relaxing place to be so we went into the relaxing room upstairs. Treatments were on time and wonderfully relaxing. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and helpful and the food was yummy.

    It was our first time & we were only shown the changing room & direction to go for the pool. We had to look for the sauna/steam rooms etc ourselves and didn’t know about the jacuzzi, ice machine & foot spa equipment or what it was for. Someone walking us round would’ve been helpful. Others also said the same as us. Also only given 1 towel which, for a 6 hr spa day isn’t enough when you’re swimming etc, they should give 2 towels. I know you can ask for a 2nd towel, but charging £5 for an extra towel is cheeky!

    We had a lovely time. The treatments were excellent ,staff attentive and made my mum feel really special for her 80th birthday!

    We had a wonderful spa day and really worth the money! The reception and therapists were both amazing and the spa facilities are beautiful. We were lucky because it was sunny and the view from the terrace is stunning. I’d recommend going during the week when it’s quieter as it’s not massive. Really recommend!

    Very Good
    So much better than my previous visit. The Spa was so much cleaner and the food hugely improved. My treatments were very good and relaxing and all staff we came into contact with, were friendly and professional. My only niggle is that I am a larger lady and I do wish Spa,s would take note and offer larger and longer dressing gowns, I always bring my own, but so wish I didnt have too.
