- Spa treatment and upstairs area was lovely. The pool area, jacuzzis outside badly need renovation and not clean. Showers in changing rooms badly need renovation too.
- It was a nice experience. I only used the spa. The lady worked well on my back and shoulders. I will definitely go back there.
- Upon arrival I was not given any information whatsoever. I had no idea I could hire a robe, how the lockers worked, I had to ask for flip flops etc. I had to wait almost 20mins just to order a drink and food in the cafe, food was pretty awful even though it was only avocado and egg on toast.. the plate was full of water, the egg rock hard, and bits of black in the avocado. Poolside there was a dirty ring around the pool and hair on the floor! The spa was lovely, but again I had no idea I good go there and chill out before my appointment until it was too late. This place is seriously under staffed. The staff were lovely just had no time to attend to clients.
- Spa experience was very nice.Things need to be sign posted more.visitors don't know where there going. Steps are dangerous especially wearing flip flops. Charge for robes and towels is expensive and the fact you then have to wait 2-3 days for your deposit refund is ridiculous. This has put me off returning here.
