    Good
    Mostly good but not enough loungers to relax on so we had to sit on chairs. Jungle noises from the showers far too loud so also not relaxing - did ask for the noise to be turned down but it wasn't. Quieter upstairs. On balance this is a problem for us so we will not be back.

    I booked the “mum to be” spa package, 1 hour massage, 20 minutes facial and use of the spa facilities with a cream tea (priced at £150) The treatment rooms were cold (yes it is a cold time of year) and the therapist was using her phone to check the time during treatments thus slightly spoiling the relaxation. Surely a small clock in the room would help the therapists! The cream tea was nice, however the jam pots were refilled and not new. I did repeatedly tell them at booking that I’d prefer vegan cream but this was not noted. I also ordered a panini which arrived looking like it had been run over it was so flat. When finished I put my plates neatly stacked but these weren’t cleared away for over two hours (well when I left they still weren’t cleared away!) There is only one toilet in the changing rooms, one by the pool and one disabled toilet. Not great when pregnant! Overall it was nice, but I felt completely overpriced for what it actually was. Disappointed ☹️

    High standard of facilities and extremely pleasant staff. Would love to visit again and highly recommend others to do so. Would like to see a larger variety on the menu but all was still well.

    Following a stressful journey (due to road closures) we received a very warm and inviting welcome from 2 ladies at reception and everything was explained very well. I asked if they could fit in 2 Back, Neck and Shoulder massages which they did. The therapist was extremely professional and experienced and it felt like a top class treatment (although I thought was expensive when we got the bill at the end)! Our facials were not as good as the massage, the therapist was not as experienced and some of her discussion subjects were not at all professional. The facilities were pretty good, although I feel more sunbeds around the pool should be considered. The foot spa was out of order which was a pity. I also think that towels should be made available to spa customers. The cream tea could also consist of sandwiches etc and be made into an afternoon tea for spa customers. Overall a pleasant experience.

    The receptionist was polite and helpful. The facilities are at a decent standard. The treatments was ok. The massage wasn’t the best. The spa facilities had some nice features. Overall the staff where polite.
