    Excellent
    I loved this spa day from start to finish. The place was super clean, the facilities all in working order and the space very relaxing. The staff were amazing especially the treatment. I've marked communication down as my lunch was a little late and as I had a time set to finish I would have appreciated them letting me know so I could have had an extra dip in the pool. They were lovely about it when it did arrive and the food was lush. Would definitely recommend and come again.

    The staff and food are great and the facilities are good. The spa was very busy when we visited and all the sun loungers were taken, even though half of them didn't have people lying on them! The steam room wasn't working whilst we were there, which reduced the options a bit. The condition of the facilities are good, but only slightly better than a posh gym. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and the treatment suite is amazing; the staff were lovely, the treatments were high quality and the relax room is fabulous and very relaxing!

    My partner and I stayed for one night, on arrival the receptionist was cold, we over heard her say to a colleague she was due to go home and her attitude reflected this as her responses were short and cold. We asked what day and what time our treatment would be to which we were told we would have to go to the spa reception for this. Her colleague stepped in and offered to check the system on screen in front of her and informed us that the treatment would be at 10:30am for both of us. At 08:35am the morning off we were told due to staff sickness one of our treatments would be moved to 10am. However due to having to make a time reservation for breakfast of 9am and no offer to have a later checkout this resulted in one of us sat waiting in the reception with no room to wait in. The treatment provided, a full body massage, was good and I would have again if provided at a different spa. Both the sauna and steam room were broken on arrival and were not fixed by time of leaving. We over heard a member in the pool area say that this is a frequent problem. This is extremely disappointing as the facilities is the main reason I booked this stay as a gift for my partner and I.

    Poor
    The quality of my stay was not worth the money. The Italian bartender and the lady who performed my treatment were the only friendly and pleasant staff members I encountered. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff and guests here seemed unwelcoming and negative. While their behaviour was not overtly discriminatory, they did little to make me feel at ease. The food and facilities were basic, and the overall staff attitude was disappointing. I had to overlook many shortcomings to endure my birthday stay. If you're looking for a delightful experience, consider spending your money elsewhere, especially if you're 🍫. Personally, I would not return and do not recommend staying here based on my own experience.
