    Very Good
Came with some friends for a nice girly day out. The pool was lovely and warm and had good facilities such as a sauna and steam room. The only thing I would say was there were only four loungers in total and during our 3 hour stay there were a few more people, so I would say perhaps needs a few more. It was a little hard to relax with children in the pool but not a major problem. The afternoon tea was delicious and worth the money we paid for both the spa and AT. Overall a lovely day out :)

    Good
We had high hopes for our spa visit, and while there were some great aspects, the overall experience was disappointing. Luke, the spa manager, was fantastic—quick to respond, informative, and very helpful in guiding us on the best time to visit. The steam room and sauna were incredibly relaxing, and the food, especially the tomato and mozzarella starter, was delicious. However, the spa itself was far from the peaceful retreat we expected. While we anticipated some noise from hotel guests, the excessive splashing and shouting from 12:45 PM onwards made it impossible to use the pool, forcing us to leave earlier than planned. The dining experience also fell short. As someone who is dairy-free, I reached out in advance about menu options but still faced confusion on the day. My choices were extremely limited, and the menu mislabeled certain items, which could be misleading for vegan guests. The process of finding a suitable meal took 30 minutes, and while staff tried to assist, I was left feeling uncomfortable. While we appreciated the positives, the overall experience did not meet expectations, particularly regarding the spa’s atmosphere and dining options.

    Poor
I had booked a trip to the spa for my sister's 21st. The sauna and steam room were lovely so that was good. The pool was small which is fine apart from the fact that some of it was taken up by children swimming lessons. Normally I am okay with this but not when you're trying to relax and all you can hear is this child crying, shouting and splashing. There also were only 4 beds to use but around 15 people using the spa area so definitely not enough for people to relax. There were 4 other chairs but they were being taken up by people for the swimming lessons. Overall it was not a relaxing experience and I wouldn't recommend going here for a relaxing spa day.
