V disappointed. 1 jacuzzi out of action. Ladies changing room water fountain broken, costume spin dryer broken. In quiet room with beds no water, but a lot of cups and the peace was constantly broken by gym members dropping weights in room next door. Would never repeat

    Good
Least relaxing spa you could visit, the gym is right next door to the spa which was so noisey so it was impossible to relax!

    Very Good
My massage treatment with Charlotte was amazing - she was very professional and confident. After my massage, I was asked about my treatment and given the opportunity to I buy products. I felt comfortable and feel that I would go back for another massage. However my experience could have been improved with seating in the reception area as no one was available when I went upstairs and when a very helpful member of staff came to the desk and checked me in I was shown to a room with the most uncomfortable stone beds in. Noises from the gym came through the walls and vibrated through the beds. Not pleasant, calming or relaxing.
