    Excellent
We were greeted in reception by one of the therapists who showed us which table we would use for our light lunch (included in the price) and we completed a health questionnaire. Then we were shown the facilities before we changed for our treatments. These were soooo good and very relaxing. I highly recommend these. After our treatments were completed we used the jacuzzi pool. Finally lunch. They have a selection of foods which is excellent. Ours was a half-day spa day & we chose 9am - 1pm. Would definitely go again.

    Good
It would have been good to know that parking was free rather than me having to pay over £8 whilst using the spa! No signs or wording in website! Facility was nice but I felt too many people booked in at the same time so sitting and relaxing in the actual spa was difficult as many people claimed the 6 loungers and as there were 12 people in the spa and therefore nowhere to sit other than trailing through the reception to the beds on the other side of the spa which I felt were for people waiting for treatments which we didn’t! Could have done with more staff to keep up with refilling water, loo rolls and shower gel as all these had run out in the cubicles I used. Remember to take a plastic bag for your swimwear as none provided and no spin machine! Overall the one very new staff member did what she could but I wouldn’t return for another visit.

    Very Good
Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The spa is small and when I visited it was busy and no beds left to relax on. The steam room was out of order, but I did receive a complimentary drink as compensation. The lounge and relaxation areas were very nice, the choice for lunch was plenty.
