    I had a lovely spa day. The facilities were good although I found the pool area rather noisy. My facial with Amy was superb. Lovely location. Could do with an extra room for quiet relaxation, although the relaxation/waiting room was adequate.

    The spa was a bit tired looking in places, (pool used by children so not relaxing.) The spa staff were lovely we had 2 treatments each, a facial & full body massage, the 2 therapist were excellent Amy & Elaine.could of done with a separate area for people in robes and slippers to relax rather than a noisy sports bar full of golfers football fans a wedding and kids running around. The food was disgusting, we thought we were having a 3 course meal with waitress service. No we got a very poor buffet with little choice, cold & raw chicken, we ended up with a bread roll & butter!! No drinks with meal of any kind not even water. Breakfast buffet was the same, cold food & no bacon, at least we could have coffee. We tried scrambled eggs mushrooms both stone cold, we did complained to the hotel, but the only manager that night was Amanda, she was dealing with a wedding and would not help us, we went to bed hungry.not what you except we paid £190 each. This was my birthday treat, it wasn't relaxing definitely wouldn't recommend it.

    A warm welcome and the staff were wonderful. The facilities are good and the swimming pool was lovely and warm. The back massage was excellent. Highly recommend. We will return!

    I took my daughter for her birthday. All the staff were very welcoming and polite. The spa had everything we wanted, pool, steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi, the facilities were clean but some maintenance was needed as some areas were looking very tired. We had 25 minute back,neck and shoulder massage which was lovely. Food in the bar/restaurant was tasty but make sure you leave enough time as service can be slow. All over an enjoyable, relaxing day.

    This was a combination of a Mother's Day gift from my son and a late birthday treat for my daughter for us to enjoy this day together and what a fabulous day we had! The spa was very quiet and we managed to enjoy all of the facilities, starting our day with full body massages, then lunch in the Bar & Grill followed by an afternoon of swim time, jacuzzi, sauna & steam room - very relaxing! We even managed afternoon tea on the terrace overlooking the golf course in the sun, finishing the day with a glass of something chilled - an altogether lovely full day's experience and I would definitely recommend and will return, many thanks!
