    The therapist was superb, gave a full overview of the products and proceeded to dip the lights and give me the best treatment I’ve had, bed was a heated adjustable water bed with a duvet cover, t was heaven. The hotel is amazing too, steeped in history with class service

    had a communication problem at the start of the stay with timing of treatments , the problem was sort out with a credit for treatment i didn't have.
