    My daughter and i had a lovely day stay on Sunday. We were welcomed warmly by staff who showed us to our table which was ours for the duration of our stay. Robes and flipflops were waiting for us on our chairs and we were served cold fruit juices. We had loungers reserved in the pool area. We had a fabulous facial and head massage followed by a large prawn salad with two rolls and a glass of Prosecco. We enjoyed using the pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. It was lovely and peaceful and the staff brought lattes to our loungers later in the afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back soon!

    The spa is very outdated. The pool was small as was the jacuzzi, the loungers were all squashed together so there wasn't much space between you and the other guests enjoying the spa, the womens changing rooms were small and only 2 private cubicals. The spa treatment i received wasn't worth the money and wasn't 55 mins long, the facial was OK, the body massage wasn't great..I didn't come out of there feeling relaxed. Afternoon tea wasn't great either, came out later then expected and our welcome drinks was still on our table from when we arrived 3 hours previous.

    My friend and I booked the mud treatment and we were looked after my Tracey… what can I say she was utterly brilliant. So friendly we felt we’d known her for years. She explained everything to us and made us feel so comfortable and the treatment itself was absolutely wonderful 🤩🤩

    Lovely staff Environment is very outdated Food was terrible, can really work on the presentation to make it appetising. I was served 3 large slices of dry chicken with thrown in lettuce and a blup of mayonnaise on a plate and it was called Caesar salad.

    Loved this spa, but just one thing missing- a quiet room. It was quite noisy with people’s talking and chatter, there was a loud group of ladies who just couldn’t talk quietly and so spoilt the ambiance of the spa. I moved several times to try and read in peace and wherever I went there was noise. Need to allow for people that want quiet
