There is no swimming pool, but there is a gym, outdoor hot tub and both Swedish and infrared saunas as well as a collection of Elemis treatments to be had.

- I had such a lovely time, the therapist was lovely very accommodative. She talked me through everything and i had the best first massage and the facial treatment left my skin lovely and glowing. The afternoon tea was the ultimate cherry on top. Definitely recommend this for anyone to go and treat themselves or their loved ones.
- We enjoyed our trip but there were a few issues that indivdually wouldn't matter, the therapist was t aware of the time of treatments so said we were missing out on our relaxation, this was at 10.30 when treatments were booked for 11, the treatments were good but in places felt rushed, we had a full body massage and a facial which were 50 mins and 25 kins respectively but were out before 12pm (even after starting 10.50). The relaxation room was cold as it was at the top of the stairs with a door leading out to the hot tub, the changing rooms if you are changing not in the shower cubicle and someone opens the door they could see everything, the restaurant was nice but renovations were happening right above our table and we were the only people there so plenty of tables to move us to, or move us to a different lounge area.

- Very enjoyable lovely staff.
- The spa facilities weren’t great, not a relaxing relaxation room at all and no staff around to ask what time our massages were. The food at the hotel was amazing, really nice lunch menu and dinner menu. The staff all seemed to not know what was going on, at dinner 2 different waiters told us 2 different soups for soup of the day. Not much to do after ur massage and then before dinner but Redditch shopping centre is close by! Would possibly come again for the day just for the food and for afternoon tea. The hot tub was a nice addition but again barely any staff around to tell you what’s going on
- the hotel was lovely. we got upgraded which was a lovely surprise for me and my friends. the staff were brilliant, food was fantastic and value for money with our package deal was great. highly recommend
- Friendly staff
- The hotel's staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, no faults whatsoever to their service. Unfortunately the hotel is in need of a good revamp. The function rooms are well maintained however the bathroom facilities were not so, with what looked like some rushed repairs, random holes in the cubicles. Grout in tiles needing replacing. Taps a bit loose. Hotel room doors didn't fully close behind you unless you pushed them fully shut. We stayed in a twin room. The room was very clean and had plenty of storage space, a hair dryer to use and a decent sized bathroom. However, it would be good if there was a way of fixing the single bed temporarily to the wall as it moved very easily and I kept drifting away from the wall. The bathroom was in need of renovation. The tiling grout was stained. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet. The silicone needed replacing as had been done in a messy way. There were glass doors going from one corridor to another that a pane had been smashed at the bottom. We actually had a wonderful stay at Southcrest Manor Hotel, and this was 100% due to the lovely staff and yummy food. What lets it down in my eyes is how tired the hotel looks in general. It's like it needs a good injection of cash for serious renovation so that all the little details are addressed, it could easily be a 5* place to stay with these things addressed.
