    Everything about the trip to the spa and the hotel was great from the outset. All the staff that we came into contact with were friendly, smiling, and seemed genuinely interested in us being there. The therapists who did the facials talked us through what was going to happen, making the whole experience a relaxing one. A light lunch was part of the deal and this was served promptly in the bar by friendly staff. The twin room we had booked for our overnight stay, was spacious, light, and clean, although the wooden TV unit in the room had seen better days! Breakfast the next morning, buffet-style, was one of the best I have ever had; hot food was hot, lots of choice, and friendly staff to make sure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay at the Park Royal again, going off this visit.
