    The treatment was the best part. The jacuzzi was dirty needed to be cleaned and the afternoon tea wasn’t great we had to actually ask for a tea to go with it and quality poor

    Very disappointed with spa visit with my daughters. Staff were not particularly welcoming, the facilities were poor- the hot tubs did not look clean, the steam room was broken. If the weather had been poor there was nothing else to do other than sit in the hot tub or the small reception area The changing facilities are tiny, 3 showers with clear glass doors, 2 tiny cubicles for changing and 1 grubby hairdryer. The free glass of fizz was sweet, low alcohol Perry ! The 1/2 hour treatments lasted about 20 minutes, again the staff weren’t very communicative and didn’t even ask my daughter who had a facial about her skin. We opted to have our afternoon tea in the bar in the hotel which was lovely and the food was excellent. We won’t be returning

    Was looking forward to the spa to de stress after finishing work for Xmas, 3 hrs access and the rasul mud treatment. We used the all of the facilities but it was busy so unable to book any of the specials on the board. The jacuzzi had scum around it which really put me off. The saunas and steam room seemed fine and also the Japanese foot spa’s but the relaxation room needed a good clean. Lots of dust around. The spa needs a really good clean overall then it will be a pleasure to go again.
