    Excellent
I had a great day.facilities are good. Staff were very polite. I was not notified by email or text as to what time my treatments were. Luckily I arrived at the hotel with 1/2 hr to spare.

    Good
The treatment I had was 5 star and I really enjoyed my dinner. The main problem was that in the website the wet facilities stated closed until 18th March but they had this info wrong meaning there were no wet facilities on the day I arrived. Overall the facilities are a bit dated in terms of decor, changing room but the cost was probably reflective of this. The sauna steamroom and jacuzzi are however nice and hot and In great working condition I would however note a h&s concern in the lack of mopping puddles of water pool side. I witnessed three near misses whilst there on the Thursday morning Gym adequate, clean. The weights could do with updating and some floor mats would be a nice addition

    Good
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a facial treatment and we also added on another treatment and both were fantastic. However, this isn’t really a spa. It’s a leisure facility with rooms used for a spa so manage your expectations. There was around 6 loungers so sometimes we couldn’t even find somewhere to sit. 4 of them were plastic and uncomfortable. Sometimes we couldn’t find somewhere to sit and had to go up to the bar in our dressing gowns. The jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were lovely but the pool was freezing! I will say that it was lovely nonetheless just could be a bit better.

    Excellent
Purchased this spa visit for members of my family. Although there was some trouble arranging the visit ,spa breaks were very helpful in ensuring the vouchers were honoured by the Abbey hotel. My family commented it was the best spa day they had ever experienced.

    Very Good
The facilities were good, the staff and therapists professional and the treatments were good especially for the price we paid. Really good value for money. Have booked the signature spa day twice now and have really enjoyed both days.
