    Spa staff were helpful and therapists were great. The changing rooms feel a little dated and the spa is oversubscribed for the amount of seating available poolside. But the food was lovely and the facilities clean

    I’m extremely disappointed. The state of the facilities was appalling. More than half the lockers were broken, the spa area felt outdated, the steam room wasn’t working properly, and the floors were dirty. There was a strange smell coming from the drains, and several showers were out of order. To top it off, when we returned after our treatments, we found our lockers wide open, even though they were supposedly ‘locked’ before we left. The treatment itself was fine, but certainly nothing to rave about. As for the afternoon tea, it was pretty underwhelming—I don’t think I can get excited over a few scones and a sandwich.

    Had a great time at the hotel, the staff were kind and very friendly but would not recommend going through the spabreak.com online booking due to poor communication. We arrived at the hotel only to realise they didn’t inform the hotel of the booking.
