The on-site Shakespeare Restaurant serves all meals from deli boards to three-course dinners, while the Terrace Bar and Lounge is open for teas, coffees, drinks and lighter meals.

- There are two disabled rooms, both of which are twin.
- Vibrating pads to assist waking guests with hearing disabilities in the event of a fire alarm are available at reception.
- An evac chair is also available to enable staff, to assist with the emergency evacuation, is available at reception.

- Stratford Manor Hotel has five purpose built disabled rooms.
- There are no steps or slopes on the main corridors and public areas on the ground floor.
- All the restaurant, bar and lounge facilities at the Stratford Manor Hotel are located on the ground floor making them easily accessible. There is, however, a raised area in the public bar with stair only access.
- All lifts have tactile buttons at standard height.
- Accessible toilet facilities are located in the leisure centre.
- The leisure club is located on the ground floor. A member of the leisure team will show you the facilities and assist with access to the swimming pool and spa.
- If required, a hoist is available for the pool.
- A dedicated accessible toilet and changing area is located within the leisure club.
