    Very Good
We had a lovely overnight spa break and our only complaint is that the of Female Changing Rooms…there was lots of dirty towels and robes lying around everywhere, and the sanitary bin in the toilet cubicle was overflowing and products were placed on top and falling onto the floor around the bin, very unhygienic. It didn’t look like staff regularly checked the changing room?!

    Poor
I’m not sure it can be described as a spa, it certainly wasn’t relaxing there were children’s swimming lessons going on in the pool, the general appearance is run down and the staff are rude. The food was awful, stone cold and very overpriced- £20 for a chicken chargrill and lettuce leaves! The milk at breakfast was sour. The therapist kept clattering about whilst doing my treatment and left me feeling bruised from way too much pressure even when I asked her to let up. Safe to say we won’t return.

We’re to start we checked in at 3 like we was told then went to the spa . Given robes the changing rooms wear dirty and one of the toilets had dirty toilet roll all over the floor and soap scum round the counter tops . To then go round the pool which then became full of children . Which when 4 mums go on a spa trip don’t really want we just wanted to relax . But couldn’t even get in the hot tub as it was full of children . The treatment was nice the the girls were pleasant. Then when we went to our rooms in one of the rooms we had no tea spoons to stare our drink had to ask at one of the other rooms . The evening meal one of the girls ordered fish which was dry . And when she commented about the waiter made a joke about it . And in the morning at breakfast we were taken to our table and just left the staff weren’t very helpful had to go look for someone to get a pot of tea . Having done multiple spa breaks I found this one very disappointing. Especially a Q hotel .

The spa was lovely, very relaxing. The Jacuzzi got a little busy but we managed to get in eventually. I had a full body massage and would definitely recommend.
