    Treatments were good. Spa facilities were good. Paying £10 to hire robes, towels and flip flops is a bit more especially when the robes and towels have seen better days

    The spa experience was ok but I booked an 85 minute treatment and only received 60 minutes, so from that point of view it was very disappointing

    I dont feel places like this should be allowed to be described as a spa. Yes there is a pool, jacuzzi and single steam and sauna. However the surrounding environment is far from spa like. A few chairs pool side does not equate to being able to relax. Having to walk through the health clubs cafe bar and reception to get from pool side to the salon area isn't ideal either. The relaxation room is definately more of a glorified waiting room so spending prolonged time in there isn't enjoyable. We also noticed that the beds in there had towels on that were not changed in between guests using them. My treatment was great. I really enjoyed it and felt relaxed following, the therapist was clearly experienced and knowledgeable. I would return here for a massage but certainly not a "spa" day
