No.15 by GuestHouse Bath is owned by British hospitality brand GuestHouse, founded by brothers Tristan, James, and Tom Guest. When acquiring the hotel the brothers said they were aiming to ‘preserve all that is special about what the previous owners have created’.

The hotel first opened in December 2016 under GuestHouse Hotels and was then renovated in 2021 where the Guest brothers brought back the original designer, Martin Hulbert, to renovate the rooms and communal spaces.
