    Excellent
A lovely afternoon of relaxation. Great food in the restaurant, quick service and friendly staff. The spa was lovely. Really friendly reception and spa staff. Great massage. The relaxation area wasn't as quiet as expected as it is next to reception and therefore conversations and general noise could be heard, so you were disturbed as you were drifting off. That said the whole afternoon was well worth it and I'd consider returning again. Thank you to all

    Excellent
Myself, my daughter & daughter in law visited, we loved every minute the staff & therapists were lovely and helpful. The back massage & facial were amazing, Just a shame the shower & toilet was out of order in our changing room. The restaurant was very nice the food lovely, but the food took a while to arrive also we didn’t receive our complementary chocolates, however the staff were polite & friendly. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it.

    Very Good
Really good treatments, staff didn’t communicate very well. The food was amazing but the service was shocking we never got our glass of Prosecco, had to ask for the chocolates including in the deal. Felt like they forgot us when we wanted to pay the bill had to get up and ask for it.

    Excellent
I came to Malmaison with my friends for a girls day spa trip and it was incredible. We got a deal via spa breaks.com and it was worth the money ten times over. We had afternoon tea which was all so delicious and stunning. We all had a back massage and facial in the spa, which was brilliantly done. We were disappointed to realise there isn't a pool on the premises, but the rest of the experience definitely made up for it. It was wonderful. Acknowledgements to Ryan our server for afternoon tea who was so friendly and helpful, Emily and Rachel who performed our massages. Can't fault the experience or staff.
