    A thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay and use of the facilities. All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. Special mentions to Adel on reception, Claire my caring and very understanding therapist and Kayden my waiter for dinner. The food was top quality and reasonably priced. One small negative was finding one of the saucers in my room with stains and seeds left on them. This was obvisously not changed after previous customer. All in all I found the hotel room clean and the King Sized bed most comfortable.

    I have never been to a spa before and never thought I’d enjoy it; a little apprehensive and unsure, I was instantly put at easy by the friendly and helpful staff at Macdonald Crutherland House, I was well accommodated for and allowed to change my treatment—the chosen one being picked by the person who gifted the treat to me. As I say, I had low expectations (not having experienced any spa before) but I was hugely impressed, and will be returning, i told the person that had bought my treat, as they are a long term customer they were very pleased to hear I’d enjoyed myself. I have posted to my friends on social media also to tell of my experience, and some, I know, will be booking up due to my recommendation, couldn’t recommend any higher.
