    Great facilities, great spa experience but I didn’t like having to get dressed and waiting for a car to take me to lunch. It would have been nice if I could wear my bath gown and not having to get a car to take me to lunch. Even though the journey was short it was the hassle of getting changed. When I got to the lunch place, it took two hours for starters, mains and desserts, the service was incredibly slow and then having to go back to spa was all so time consuming. I wouldn’t recommend Luton Hoo spa for the above reasons. I felt the experience was not my money’s worth.

    Relaxing day. Pool was a bit cool unless you were continuously swimming. Signage was not really adequate if this was your first visit. eg to and from car park to stable block, and some lights were no working on driveway when it was dark, so difficult to find way back. Excellent treatment by Kenya. 'Would definitely recommend

    Amazing Spa Day, was left feeling sooo relaxed. Amazing facial and full Swedish body massage. Also really enjoyed my time in the relaxation room drinking herbal tea and having some well deserved me time. Thank you Luton Hoo and my husband for this wonderful Christmas present 🙂

    Everyone at the spa was more than helpful. They were even able to move our treatment closer together on the day, which was great. I had an aromatherapy massage and felt very relaxed after. We didn’t eat at the spa which is why there is a no star rating .
