- This is by far the most luxurious experience to have. Fantastic from start to finish.
- I have no complaints at all about the treatments I received they were wonderful. However the spa facilities themselves didn't really marry up with the price tag attached. It feels a little bit like they are riding on the hotel name knowing people expect high prices. Compared to other spas in the area with similar prices it really isn't the luxury experience it markets itself as.
- We had a fantastic trip to the spa, the hotel and spa is beautiful and the staff were very helpful and polite, the ladies who carried out our treatments were very good and professional and all3 of us had a good experience.
- It was amazing so much better than I expected, great value for money. And the best thing was it wasn't even busy so lots of space to yourself. Everything is provided right down to shampoo and conditioner which is the first time I have seen that. Very Impressed!!
- Nice Spa and the quality of the treatment was good but instead of the 50 min massage and 30 min facial all of my group only received 60 min treatment in total. Complaint was made but passed off by staff at all stages blaming reception etc. Had to go and ask for our complementary prosecco , it wasn’t offered. Had to go and ask for glasses for water drinks in relaxation room. Lockers didn’t work and again had to twice go for assistance. Overall pretty poor service. Won’t recommend or return .
