- This is the first time I got a deep tissue back,neck and shoulder massage at Carnoustie Hotel and Spa. Lorraine was excellent and she was very professional.
- Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The facilities were clean (changing room, sauna, steam room, pool) Therapy room was a little untidy, the therapists open packet of chewing gum was on the side unit, which didn’t look professional. Some areas of the facilities are looking a bit dated, especially the “Relax Room”. My therapy was 30 minutes late to start, but the therapist went on longer to compensate for this. Overall I think the price was reflective of the standard to expect

- The hotel was beautiful. It felt fresh and clean and again staff were lovely. The food was delicious as well. Would recommend
- Can’t fault staff and the hotel. We had a perfect stay. Room was ready at 11 am even though it was a 3 pm checkin food was amazing the spa was perfect. We truly had the best stay ever
- Hotel and spa tired looking and interior in need of updating. Food very very poor!!!!!
- Had a fantastic stay, staff couldn’t have been nicer, however very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room, even when raised with reception the grass that was on bathroom floor wasn’t swept up, and the hairs from razor on glass shelf were still not cleaned although they did remove hairs from sink area. A 4* hotel shouldn’t require a guest to raise these issues, otherwise really enjoyed our stay
