    Good
Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The facilities were clean (changing room, sauna, steam room, pool) Therapy room was a little untidy, the therapists open packet of chewing gum was on the side unit, which didn’t look professional. Some areas of the facilities are looking a bit dated, especially the “Relax Room”. My therapy was 30 minutes late to start, but the therapist went on longer to compensate for this. Overall I think the price was reflective of the standard to expect
