    Very Good
My husband and I visited as part of a spa package that we received as a gift. This was our third visit to the spa over recent years. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. The thermal suite was very nice, relaxing, and not too busy with this being a Sunday. The treatment (back massage) was incredible. Michelle, my masseuse, got knots out from my shoulder blade area with precision and made me feel very relaxed. Michelle was warm, friendly, and a fantastic masseuse. Thoroughly enjoyable day and will be visiting again.

Me my mum and 3 daughters went for a morning spa for a Mother’s Day treat, are overall experience was fantastic but some of the toilets were very hard to flush and the lift was not working which should of been advertised because that made my mums experience a little tricky she finds the stairs hard as she is elderly with a bad leg so I was not impressed as my daughter as been to this spa before sometime last year and she said the lift wasn’t working then.

I had an amazing time at the spa, I liked the fact it had a couple of pools, normal pool, a heated one with jacuzzi and an outside one with a waterfall and jacuzzi, the outside pool would be lovely in the summer but is fine in the winter too as they had a cover. I also got a 50 minute facial and a head massage and shoulder massage was also included in this which was a nice change from other facials I have had. Only reason I wouldn't give it a 5 stars is all our treatments were an hour apart so we didn't really get to spend much time together as group as one would need to go for their treatment while the other came back but I'm assuming that's because we didn't book far in advance as there was other groups going in together and when we booked my treatment was at 1:30 which was the last one out of our group and the lunch was booked at 2:30 so I asked if I could have it moved so I could get a shower etc. so was moved till 3pm but was told I could go in my robe for lunch but glad I didn't as no one else was in a robe but lucky enough the timing was ok in the end and a managed to get ready on time but I felt it spoils the relaxation a little as was rushing around to get ready. I got the chicken burger for my lunch which was lovely and also are very good with allergies. Overall I would come again and enjoyed the day

    Excellent
A lovely spa with lots of facilities and places to relax. Especially liked the area upstairs for tea/water and also the room with the beanbags. Staff were very helpful and also let us split our 4 hour spa experience over the two days we were there, rather than have it all in one go which made the experience seem longer lasting. Couldn’t fault it.
