    Pool cold , jacuzzi cold , not enough staff , staff pleasant and friendly , toilets broken , toilets unclean , very tired hotel , under dining tables filthy , sauna broken , no steam room either , food was fairly ok , changing rooms freezing , not enough sun loungers to relax on , could be so much better , lots of people moaning as couldn’t stay in pool or jacuzzi long , not enough beauticians , needs a good clean through in all public areas and some money spent on some areas . We had a laugh as such a dive , not luxurious or spa like really , staff were nice enough though .

    Very dated building and interior freezing cold changing room but clean. Had back, shoulder neck massage and had more pain in shoulder than when I went in the therapist didn't work on any of the sore parts, i don't think she was properly trained. The cream tea was scone clotted cream and marmalade but asked for strawberry jam and was fine. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning.

    The spa was generally run down and the changing area/ toilets and showers were not clean, but the pool and hot tub were good. Shame that there is no steam room now and the sauna is too small: 3 people max so it was always busy. We did not stay for lunch as the server informed us that he had a fever so we didn't feel comfortable being served food by him. In addition the dining room was not clean, dead insects and spiders were on the floor by the table. Worried about the cleanliness, we decided to leave. Did not sample the treatments. Will not be back.

    Steam room not working sauna not working in females changing rooms ,small sauna near pool only fits 3 felt like a being in a box, please tired needs money spe ding on it , jacuzzi felt greasy , changing rooms cold and smelt musky and drain holes lots of old dirty hairs in . Needs grouting and a jet wash, receptionist poor , food not impressive , won't go there again , worse place I've been
