    Very Good
    Our spa visit was spoiled by three factors so I'll get those out of the way first. The swimming pool was chilly and a twice repeated fire alarm test was unwelcome, especially as we hadn't been warned about it. The biggest negative was that the men's changing rooms were being renovated. That obviously cannot be done without noise and vibration but if I'd known about the works I would have booked a different week. Otherwise, lovely helpful staff, pleasant environment, great flexibility where our teas were involved. (We decided to take tea early and leave straight after our treatments due to the works).

    Spa facilities were small and crowded. Staff was unhelpful, hot water in the shower wasn’t working. The only good thing was the dinner and the waiter was lovely

    Steam room out of order!!! Jacuzzi didn't work. Disappointing day for a 50th birthday present

    It isn't a spa, it's a pool with a lot of very loud kids. Not relaxing in the slightest. There's not enough seating and there was nowhere to go to relax. The steam room was broken and the hot tub wasn't on. I ended up showering just to leave the noisy pool and sitting in reception waiting for my friends pedicure to end (which was literally just having two coats of nail polish applied hastily with no time to dry). The staff were polite and the food was decent but this was definitely not a relaxing spa day. Very disappointed.
