    I went with my husband and 18 year old daughter...very disappointed with amount of people at Spa...very crowded and noisy...only 4 lounges! beside swimming pool for everybody!!! and a dad with 2 very small kids at pool with float for toddler...shouldn't be allowed to use pool during spa day time 9-15... we chose our lunch when we arrived and we had to wait for 20 minutes until staff came around and we had to call their attention for service! for a 5 star hotel was a very very disappointed experience...staff was friendly but not enough staff for a good service!

    A perfect treat - everything from start to finish: friendly, welcoming staff; a lovely light lunch; great facilities; and wonderfully relaxing treatments. Hoping for a return trip soon :))

    Lovely, relaxing day out. Venue fab and staff very friendly and helpful. But rather pricey for what we got but coulnt complain about the service received

    The spa was beautiful, décor lovely and relaxing atmosphere. The treatment rooms especially were heavenly, very spacious and I was able to relax well. The main downside was the food. A light lunch was included. We had a smoked salmon bagel. Firstly it was not toasted, there was no cream cheese- just a slither of salmon and 2 slices of cucumber. If buying separately it was £10! Not worth it at all. Didn't even come with a side salad. We also treated ourselves to a glass of prosecco - £10 a glass and def not worth it.
