    Absolutely amazing from start to finish for our spa day. The staff were all so lovely couldn't fault any of them. The massage was the best we've every had, mum and me can't stop talking about how good it has made us feel, a credit to the 2 girls. The whole place is run so well and is so clean and tidy, we will definitely be back. Thanks

    welcome was lovely and treatments great, but there was NO communication re the products used for the facial, no interaction as to items for sale. no chat about skin condition etc Cafeteria was closed, we couldn't even have a cup of tea and staff had left by the time we required our 'bag' deposit back, which was before 6pm, and had to wait at the main reception to be reimbursed - disappointing
