    Spa is basic and be careful not to go during child swim times of which there are 3/day. 6 hard, plastic, basic sun loungers next to pool, impossible to get one. Nowhere to sit and relax. Indian head massage was awful, therapist did a rigorous, uncomfortable head scratching thing. Hair was so matted that night, half a bottle of conditioner to sort it and lots of hair loss. Staff are all nice so it’s a shame

    Lovely spar day very helpful and polite staff. Move beds/space needed around pool area and more cubicles in the changing area. Would be nice to have a separate chill out/relax/quiet area. Afternoon tea was lovely.

    Staff at the spa super helpful, always ready to point out where to go, what facilities were available to use and from when. Steam room/sauna are quite small so gets busy fairly quickly, but it’s still a quality service and a really enjoyable stay

    The spa experience was lovely! We both had a shoulder, neck and back massage which was amazing and so relaxing and the facilities were top notch! Really enjoyed our time there!
