    Thoroughly enjoyed my day, the staff were very friendly and a special thank you to Natalie, who gave my a wonderful massage and also advised me further on some issues I have with my back. Thank you again

    The spa facilities are modern, clean and well-kept. The staff are professional and courteous. The treatment was very good and the therapist, Amy, was lovely. I thought the food was very nice. My complaint would be that, late in the afternoon, the facilities were quite overcrowded. I left earlier than planned for this reason. I would have preferred somewhere more comfortable and relaxing/quiet to sit than just the loungers by the indoor pool. Given the limited access to facilities on the package I was on (no access to the club facilities and only the use of the indoor pool, sauna, and steam room ), I don’t think the package was that good value. I was expecting more space/better facilities for the price. For example, I’ve paid less for spas with a variety of sauna and steam rooms. However, the treatment and the lunch were of good quality and the venue is very nice. I would go again but only if a better deal (I.e. use of full facilities for same price).

    It’s a shame to have to pay a hefty upgrade fee use the actual spa. Packages only include use of leisure facilities.
