It wasn't the best. The cafe wasn't doing food as the staff were off sick, the staff were lovely and did get a baguette for my daughter. As I am vegan all I could have was a bag of nuts and a naked bar. The pool was very cloudy and I couldn't see where I was swimming, the jacuzzi was cold and there were only a few loungers by the pool. The relaxation room was good. The massage was good, therapists were lovely. In fact all the staff were lovely but I wouldn't return.

    Poor
Booked a massage and facial. Worst massage as the therapist just applied oil and said the Swedish massage was no pressure. Sorry but did not enjoy the whole experience. No value for money

    Very Good
The location was ideal as close to home. The facilities - pool, sauna, steam, jacuzzi were packed so we couldn't use in comfort. The facial was less that 25mins and very basic with no communication from the therapist. It also seemed like they were low on products. It wasn't very relaxing.

Massage was great wished I could have had more time. How could I become a member? I have blue card as NHS staff. Could I get a call from the team to help register me? Thanks.

    Good
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience. Firstly, I did not have the option to pick a time slot for my massage. The spa allocated a time for me and I was unable to change this. I arrived 15mins late due to traffic. The spa deducted this time and I only recieved 15mins of massage. I booked a Swedish massage but it felt like a standard massage with no scalp massage given as described in the details. I didn't use the spa facilities. Cannot really rate this.
