    Poor
The actual facial I received was good but no facilities available for me to use for the rest of the morning as hydrotherapy pool was unavailable and was advised not to use steam room or shower after facial. Paid a lot of money for very little Disappointed

    Good
The staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating when we had to make last minute changes. Treatments were also very good and would highly recommend. But, the Spa is tiny and very limited for space. Also the changing rooms, although spotless, had an odour and lots of flies. I think it may be close to the food disposal area for the hotel. I would go again for the quality of the service and treatments, but not for the Spa. Didn’t feel it was good value for money overall.

    Excellent
I had robed and relaxed package and added a massage. The team were fantastic, so welcoming and made you feel so welcome. The massage was one of best I’ve had and focussed on areas that needed it. Some hooks in the spa area to hang robes would be great 😊

    Very Good
Enjoyed the small personal spa with just the two of us there all morning having it to ourselves. Not sure if other people could use it also but if others did it would become crowded very quickly. The changing room only has room for 2 people at a time. My treatment with Alice was excellent and would come back just for that again. Would like to explore what the hotel has to offer (restaurant and entertainment) as very much liked the decor.

    Good
The treatments I had were very good, however the day was not quite what I had hoped for. I had booked for a back massage and facial and had also hoped to enjoy the swimming facilities. Unfortunately once booked I received a call to say the back massage wasn't available on that day and on the morn ing I received a call to say the swimming pool had broken down. Being a new Mum I'd already organised childcare to attend the spa so couldn't change the day. I was offered lunch free of charge which was lovely but I'd hoped to relax a bit more at the spa and enjoy the time to myself. The lady who did my treatments (facial and Indian head massage in the end), was very good and the facilities were very clean.
