Voucher bought as as a present for my birthday. This spa is definitely the worst I have been to it definitely needs a makeover, Spa areas were cold, furniture around pool wasn’t great. Unable to use the pool as fitness class taking place in 3 of the lanes then 2 other lanes partitioned off and people swimming up and down, not great if you just wanted to have a casual dip in the pool. One jacuzzi, which was being used and busy relaxation room. On. Plus side staff were lovely, lady in cafe very friendly and made amazing omelettes. Facial was nice and relaxing with 2 lovely beauticians. So all in all the staff made the day. But £6 for a hire of robe and 42.50 for the experience plus food and hot drinks on top seemed disappointing when all we had was a facial due to the lack of availability of facilities. Wouldn’t return.

I was happy with my visit, staff were friendly and facilities were clean. My only negative thing was that myself and my mom paid for the same treatment (45 minute back, neck and scalp massage). Because neither of us wanted oils in our hair, we requested not to have our scalps done. I was told I’d have to have a shorter massage, which lasted 20 mins, whereas my mom was offered a facial so she had the full 45 minute treatment. All staff should be saying the same thing. It is unfair that I paid for 45 minutes and got 20 but my mom got the full time.

I was expecting to paid £10 despot for my robe, but got asked for £20, there something about buying bag, I didn't really understand why I need give them £20, with this payment on top of treatments, it doesn't seem value for money. I did like my treatments, but unsure why need spoil my spa experience with the despite system. Why just use security tagging, surely that would be better idea that upsetting your customers
