    The spa was lovely, the staff were fantastic, highly recommend. Treatments and staff were great. Only down side is no hottub/whirlpool but not a big problem just would have been nice.

    Bought for a special birthday Very disappointed, the facilities were not all working, to go and get a refreshment it was in the main hotel,only tap water in plastic cups offered in relaxation room. Tropical shower and steam room not working Poor design Food was terrible afternoon tea wasnt worth the money sandwiches where very basic fillings bread wasnt fresh, desserets were not homemade. Staff were all lovely but facilities where terrible 😢 not a relaxing day at all

    I really had a nice relaxing day with my friend. We went for the full day with 1 treatment and afternoon tea. We both added an extra treatment each on the day as there was availability. I was looking forward to the mud rasul the most but was not told that needed booking beforehand as a treatment, it was no bother, they kindly shuffled my treatment times around and booked it in for me. Afternoon tea was very nice but I think it was slightly spars for 2 people. I have been to many spa days in other places and I was a little disappointed about a few things. There are no toilets in the actual spa area, you have to trapes round to the communal area to be able to use them. The same swimming pool is also used for the fitness members and there are aqua classes and children's swimming classes running during the day so the pool can't be used during them times, we didn't end up using the pool, the steam room and sauna are also in the communal area. No drinks were offered at all during the day which I found very unusual for a spa as I have been to many and they are always available for, I would have been happy to pay for them, they just were not available or offered. I had a full body deep tissue massage which was very good but the extra facial I paid for was certainly not worth the extra price, it was very basic. The self serving mud rasul was very nice. The spa is very clean, calm and the relaxing room is comfortable and smelt divine. The staff were very friendly and polite. Had a call the next day asking if I had paid for the services which was disappointing because obviously I did, they should have checked with the other staff before calling me. Overall, nice day. Not sure I would go again purely because the distance I travelled for it, I can get abit better closer to home. The reason we went for this was because it was the only spa which was offering a full day use on short notice. The actual grounds and scenery were absolutely stunning.
