    Good
Bought Spa day for my daughters birthday which is what l normally do and usually go to Bannatyne but this time the jacuzzi wasn't working, one of the things we look forward to, very limited space for loungers. Had lunch the food was just warm, no cheese available. Apart from all that l enjoyed my daughters company and made the most of the day. Hopefully more lucky next time.

The Health club facilities are tired, the majority of the staff are ignorant with a few diamonds who seem to care about guests experiences genuinely. The food was basic (supermarket coleslaw) the coffee was lukewarm. I enjoyed the relaxation room until others came in and insisted on talking constantly (despite the signs that this is a quiet zone) so that ruined my relax time. The one thing I enjoyed was my treatment, the lady who treated me was excellent and I told her best massage I’ve ever had in my life.

Spa environment was lovely really liked the relaxation room Treatment was a 2/10 therapist didn’t ask what pressure I liked was more of a run down/tickle Only 5 loungers in poor area ! While waiting for treatment the man behind the cafe could be heard shouting people are pi$$ing me off overall not a great experience and I wouldn’t return !

    Very Good
The spa treatments were good, but both of us said it would have been even better if there was some gentle music in the background to help us relax.
