    Loved our treatment at Mallory Court, we’ve had treatments all over the world and my partner thought his massage was the best he’d ever had! The lunch in Sencha was perfect. However the facilities and some team members let the day down. We weren’t given any sort of direction, told even where the facilities were or what there was to use. Just left to our own devices. I’d say this is good for a members type of spa, but for the cost, we have had much better experiences at other spas with more to do.

    Upon arrival we was greeted with a smile but was just told to fill in some forms and then go straight to treatments, without option to change or put stuff in locker. Therapist and treatment was amazing couldn't fault. We wasn't shown how to use any of the facilities, we had two hours use of the spa but only saw one staff member once to order a drink. We had a meal included which the food was amazing but only one waiter staff and he even said he will take our order when he can to stagger it out for the chef, we waited 20 mins to give out order and then other 20 mins to be served it. Hair dryers are available but one wasn't working well and started to smoke, I informed receptionist but she didn't seem to care and just went yeah alright. The spa itself is lovely just needs staff to be more in the know and better service.

    From the initial booking with spa breaks to the day at the spa I found all the staff very attentive and friendly. Facilities at Elan spa were great but would like a relaxation room to be able to relax. Sitting poolside can be noisy with groups of people. Food was delicious and spa was very clean. Would recommend.
