    Beautiful place to stay! The spa is so lovely and calming. Would definitely recommend! Staff were great and really helpful too! Cannot comment on the treatments as they were unfortunately more than our budget.

    I was so looking forward to this spa so was so disappointed not to be giving it a 5star. The spa is absolutely beautiful and the treatment I had was outstanding and the therapist was so kind and polite. The rest of the review is feedback based. Finding the spa is so difficult it is really poorly signposted. No sign till you are on the street. Parking situation is horrible. About 10 spaces, when I came our of the spa the car park was blocked with cars in the middle and people trying to get in blocking everyone from getting out. Not even close to adequate space. The capacity at the spa was poorly run, I was not able to sit anywhere all day other than the bean bags as everyone puts towels on every chair and seat - some of these people I didn't see once all day so may have been staying overnight and stopping people being able to sit. For the price I paid for this spa day I don't think it's okay I couldn't sit anywhere. Staff should really monitor this. The food was really awful, my starter was just watery liquid with fee mushrooms my bread soaked in like mush was horrible. The salad was also awful, the "chicken" was not edible. I didn't touch it. I bought a coffee in the DOME and it was freezing. I don't think this is okay when I travelled 2 hours to this spa and paid significant price for day spa for this kind of service. The changing rooms were so small, I had to wait 15 mins to get to my locker because so many people in the way and then after again waited around same time just to get in a changing room (which I had no choice as the locker room is male and female so I couldn't just get changed there. To reiterate my treatment was beautiful and the reception and therapist staff were so polite so this review is no reflection on them or their work. I am so disappointed with the day, as I go to spa days everywhere and this is not a "cheap" spa so expected alot better and wished I'd not wasted my money. My friends really wanted to come with me next time but I wouldn't pay to come here again unfortunately.

    We booked a Yorkshire Spa day which included use of the Spa, treatment and lunch. Right from the start from the warm welcome we knew we had made a good choice. The staff were very polite, friendly and informative. The treatments of hot stone massage were so relaxing and the food was lovely.

    The spa is breathtaking. From the moment you enter you realise what an amazing day you are going to have. Staff are so friendly & assisting, the spa facilities are beautiful & the treatment was the best I’ve ever had. You must also visit the Dome for food as it is delicious too. My friends & I will definitely be back. From all the spas we have visited, this is definitely the best by a mile. You will not be disappointed in booking this spa.
