    The house is set in a perfect location for a day spa treat. However, the property is looking a sad and neglected in many areas. The shower and toilet facility were unpleasant and grubby. There was one hand towel available for hand washing outside the toilet and it was not fresh on arrival. The spa was cool and cloudy. Therapist was very friendly and our treatments were very nice. A refreshment stand was available with hot water and tea/coffee bags to make our own, but the milk ran out twice and we had to ask for more each time, this was only in between therapies when the therapist re-appeared. Communication was at best adequate. It seemed that our therapist was running the whole show, all a little amateurish. There are many things that need to be addressed before I went again.

    Excellent massage from Amy, so much knowledge & very passionate about what she does. The spa is lovely, we had exclusive use & loved it. Afternoon tea was delicious

    The staff were very friendly. The spa area had a lovely, intimate atmosphere. The jacuzzi was lovely. The massage and facial were nice and relaxing. The sauna was very small and you are not able to lie down in it which is a shame. The shower and changing area is also very small and I am not sure how comfortable it would be to use it if there had been any other guests. It was lovely to chill and have the graze board after our treatment. All in all it was a nice, relaxing afternoon.
