    The lockers in the changing room were unlockable. There was a very limited choice of meals and desserts. Pool loungers uncomfortable. Pool very cold.Pool area boiling. Jacuzzi freezing.

    The leisure facilities let down the spa dramatically. The spa itself where you go for treatments was nice and the staff giving the treatments were great. The locker room is a joke, it's tiny, grimy, none of the keypad lockers worked, we weren't made aware to bring a padlock for the others. The leisure staff were terrible I asked about lockers and reaction was basically it's your problem live with it, even though we have spent 2.5k visiting this place. Weren't helpful to guests arriving and not knowing where to go. Not enough loungers around pool considering pool also open to members and children meant spa guests who had paid a lot of money for relaxing time were left without areas to relax. Pretty awful show all round tbh and should result in some money back.

    Staff were great, Spa treatment also great. Let down by poor state of the female changing room with the ceiling leaking everywhere. Pool looked nice but felt lots of hair while swimming which was a bit gross. Sorry
