    The staff were lovely in cascades however the facilities are worn out. The patio was falling apart and i nearly put my foot through the wood. The jets on the jacuzzi didn’t work on the balcony as well as the showers. The slippers they gave ended in me slipping on the floor and falling into the door leaving me bruised and a very sore shoulder. The afternoon tea sweets felt as though they had either been frozen or bought from a shop. Showering after was not pleasant as i found a huge clog of hair in the drain- the lovely staff very kindly removed for me. It’s a lovely location, again the staff in cascades are wonderful and the treatments were lovely. But the hotel/spa itself clearly needs money investing into it especially for the price you pay you shouldn’t be having these issues

    Do not get me wrong, I had a wonderfully relaxing day but I chose not to take too much notice of the fact that the owners of the building and facilities have not maintained or updated the spa and its surrounding rooms/patio areas etc
